Kiltimagh end Goodfellowship hoodoo Kiltimagh 0-9 Ballyhaunis 1-2 Playing in their 17th final Kiltimagh finally broke their hoodoo when they won the Good fellowship Trophy for the first time last Sunday. The replay was played in very heavy underfoot conditions never lived up to the standard of the drawn game. However, there was no denying Kiltimagh their victory. Ballyhaunis had a dream start when after only two minutes a Tony Morley shot from all of 50 yards deceived the Kiltimagh defence and ended up in the net. Kiltimagh came back and some good frees from the boot of Christy Walsh soon had them on level terms. The same player had a penalty brilliantly saved by the Ballyhaunis keeper, Brian Flanagan in the 18th minute. Kiltimagh led 0-5 to 1-1 at the interval. Ballyhaunis will bemoan several missed chances in the second half when their forwards tendency to go for fowl cost them dearly. In the end, prompted by 'Man of the Match' John Finn a midfield, Kiltimagh finished the stronger and were deserving winners. Best for the winners were Peter Burke, Dominick Regan, Greg Mulkern, John Finn, Ger McNicholas, Christy Walsh and Thomas Morley. For Ballyhaunis Brian Flanagan, Declan Doyle, James McGarry, Tony Morley, Jason Morley and David Morley were best. Scorers: Kiltimagh C. Walsh (0-5), M. Byrne (0-1), P. Byrne (0-1), T. Morley (0-1), G.McNicholas (0-1) For Ballyhaunis T .Morley (1-0), F.O'Leary (0-1), D.
