I just wanted to say how very much I enjoyed my stay with you over Easter. It was lovely and I felt well rested when I got back home. Achill is as lovely as I remember it but a bit busier now - which is no bad thing. I don't think I have ever tasted anything as nice as your Guinness brown bread - I'm sure the recipe is a well guarded secret - but it was absolutely delicious!
