Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage an ancient practise originated in India over 1,000 years ago and is practised in the homes. It has been adapted and developed by the Indian Osteopath Narendra Metha living in Lon don, as a method of Stress Relief.

It consists of treatment of the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. It incorporates treatment of acupressure points and massage of the associated muscles. Excellent for Tension, Migraine, Sinus, Headaches and Stress.

Reiki

An ancient Tibetan system of natural healing through energy. Deeply relaxing and calming to mind and body. Heals and repairs the harmful effects of stress on the body. Heightens clarity, perception, awareness and releases fear. Brings harmony to mind and spirit. (clothes on).

Earconing

This ancient gentle practise is a pleasant preventative therapy, which ensures natural hygiene in the ear. It also regenerates energy, has a relaxing effect and eases tension.

Therapies available: Natural Lavender/Thyme and Eucalyptus
