Weekend Tours

Commencing on
Saturday June 8th 1996

Each outing will leave from Kiltimagh Town at 10 o'clock. Returning between 6 and 7 pm each evening.

Tour A

 Leaving from Kiltimagh will travel to the North Mayo area passing through Cill Aodáin (home of Raftery the poet) and stopping at
Dates:
June 8th, 15th and 29th
July 13th and 27th
August 5th, 10th and 24th
September 7th and 21st
October 5th and 28th

Tour B

 Leaving from Kiltimagh will travel to the West Mayo area. Places of interest include
Dates:
June 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th
July 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
August 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th
September 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th
October 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th

Tour C

 Leaving from Kiltimagh this tour will travbel to the south LMayo area. Places of interest will include:

June 22nd
July 6th and 20th
August 3rd, 17th and 31st
September 14th and 28th
October 12th and 26th



Not all sites on the route will be visited; these will have to be viewed from the bus.

In your own interest boots and rain gear should be brought along.

Packed lunches should be brought but if enough people wish a quick stop for lunch may be had.

All tours leave from Kiltimagh but the tour can be terminated anywhere on the way back to Kiltimagh.
