The National Museum of Country Life is hosting two Christmas events. for the

On Saturday 15th December 2018 there will be the workshop: “The Last Straw - Christmas Decorations”.

Adults and Children 7+, inspired by Christmases long ago, will design and make their own straw Christmas cards and decorations including stars, angels and more.

On Thursday 20th December 2018 there will be the annual “Christmas Carol Singing”. The Foxford National School Band will sing the favourites, Frosty the Snowman, Silent Night and many more.

This year special guest will be David Doocey who will play some traditional tunes on the rare tin fiddle from the 'Travellers' Journey' temporary exhibition.
