Knock Counselling Centre

Knock Counselling Centre presents a 4-week Mindfulness Programme with Derval Dunford and Ann Staunton commencing Tuesday 6th January 2015. 

This programme will teach people how to make the most of daily life and to find relaxation through the practice of mindfulness.

Tenders are being sought for provision of additional car parking spaces to the existing car park (St Joseph's Church) including new outdoor lighting and external works to the Parochial House.

Diocesan Youth Council

The Diocesan Youth Council (DYC) would like to invite all young people from across the diocese to join them for their annual Tóchar walk on Tuesday 30th December.

We will gather at Ballintubber Abbey at 10.45am and walk the first stage of the Tóchar to Aughagower.(approx 11 miles) Suitable clothing and footwear are essential as well as a packed lunch.
