Ballycroy Parish Church Accounts – Income from Jan–June this year – envelopes, basket, shrines – Total €16,171.46.

Special Collections – Trocaire, Killalla Mission, Popes Collection, Education of Priests, Bishops Appeal – €3,349.80.

Total income - €19,521.26.

Expenditure - €26,496.86

In relation to the grounds, we received a grant from Shell-Belmullet, €5,000.00. We also received a grant from Mayo County Council-Shell, for €30,000.00.

There is still a debt of €9,000, so please continue to send in your building envelope (yellow envelope) each month, to clear the debt.

Well done for this great achievement from a small parish. Well done to you all for your generosity.

Men on the Move

Men on the Move – Are you looking to get active, fitter and have a bit of craic?

Men on the Move relaunches on Mon 22nd Sept in Belmullet Civic Centre at 7pm. All levels of fitness catered for and everyone welcome.

Erris Men’s Shed reopens Wed evenings at 8pm.

We are currently restoring an old Dexta tractor and anyone with an interest in this would be welcome or just drop in for a cuppa and a chat!
