Belmullet is hosting its annual Gala Festival from Friday 12th August to Sunday 21st August 2016.

This fantastic event caters for all the family and includes the traditional Fair Day, the popular Heritage Day, the pig racing, the family fun day, water sports and much more.

The best of the festival is the Heritage Day. Visitors will be able to watch the craftspeople show skills from Ireland of old, listen to buskers and look at dancers on the streets. On the stalls there will be tempting seafood, Irish coffee and delicious fare. Handmade goods, gifts and souvenirs will be on sale.
