I Am
I am one in myself,
I am many in all.
I have the power to rise,
And the weakness to fall.
I have traveled one path,
But with many a turn.
I am the sea,
Yet with fire I burn.
I am the light that warms human-kind,
I am the darkness,
Alone in my mind.
I am the hand that will be there to hold,
I am the young,
I am the old.
I am the sword that fights against hurt,
I am the dove that brings peace to the earth.
I am all knowledge,
I am the key,
I am one person;
I am me.
