DeVaney/Murray/Carney
Hello from West Australia, I am seeking information about my family. Some years back I received information of a parish record of the birth of my mother Margaret Brigid DeVaney for approx December 5th 1916.Her father was John DeVaney and her Mother Bridget Murray.They emigrated to Australia with my mother & elder brothers John & Patrick leaving behind an elder daughter ? May or Mae who as an adult nurse went to the USA. I believe my maternal greatgrandmother was a Carney married to a Jack ( John ? ) Murray and my paternal greatgrandmother was a Brigid or Bridget Kelly? Can anyone help with details as it is my intent to collect as much information on my Kiltimagh roots before visiting.
