The 2018 Mayo International Kite Festival will take place on Sunday 22nd July from 11.00 am to 17.00pm on the beautiful Keel Beach, Achill Island.

The event promises spectacular sight of hundreds of kites in the sky.

There will be some amusing competitions such as highest kite, best design, most colourful or even the best crash and demonstrations by Pro Kite Fliers.

Children will be thrilled to attend the free Kite making workshop.

There will also be free introductions to Kitesurfing and Demos.
