The Pink Link Mountain Challenge will take place on Saturday 8th April at 11am on Croagh Patrick, the Holy Mountain of Ireland.

The challenge is to form a single link of people from the top to the bottom of the mountain. Participants have to be dressed in something pink.

The Castlebar Concert will take part in the event leading the group.

The challenge begins at 12 with the first person on top to form the link at 2 pm. When the link will be completed participants can reach their own level on the mountain for certification.

The aim of the event is help Mayo Cancer Support Service and many other local charities to raise funds.

There will be support along the way and refreshments will be provided in the car park.
