Brackloon School Records
Brackloon School closed in June 1965. The new National School for the area -Midfield School - which was built a short distance from Midfield Church and Midfield cross road was opened 31st August 1965 by Cannon Stenson. The school principal was Padraic Gavin who lives in Swinford town or surrounding area.
