The Frosty Salmon Festival will take place in Ballina from Sunday 4th December to Sunday 18th December and will offer a variety of merry family events.

On Sunday 4th December Santa will arrive at the Jackie Clarke Collection around 2 pm. There will be also a very busy Mrs Claus who will be on hand for some Christmas storytelling, with Christmas music accompaniment from the Ev’ry Voice Choir.

Later Santa will meet the children and parade through Ballina to Santa's Grotto in the Military Quarter, where he will wait the children on December 10, 11, 17 and 18 from 2 to 6 p.m.

The Jackie Clarke Collection is also hosting a Christmas letter to Santa competition. The children will have to drop their letters into the Jackie Clarke’s special post-box by Friday the 2nd of December at 4pm. Santa's Elves will collect and deliver all letters to Santa.

A European Style Mistletoe Market will take place in the Military Quarter on Saturday 10th December and Sunday 11th December. Beautifully decorated stalls will showcase all their best local traditional crafts and artisan foods. It will be a feast for the senses!
