Goggins
Hi all My name is Stevie Gallagher from Clydebank in Scotland and I have been researching the family tree for a few years now and have only just came across a link to Mayo. My mother's maiden name is (Mary) Goggins, her father Thomas was born in Clydebank but died very young (aged 33) when my mother was only 3 years old - Thomas's father was Patrick who I think might have been born in Islandeady - the son of Stephen Goggins and Bridget Ferick. I recently got some info from Australia about Fr. (Stephen) Ignatius Goggins and I think he was a brother of my G Grandfather Patrick.
