Hession/Feeney/Molloy
Research indicates my great great grandfather on my Hession side, to be Peter Hession of Ballinrobe who married Mary Feeney... They had a son James Hession (baptized 28 Nov 1850), who married Catherine Mannion... They had 3 children in Ballisnahina; Bridget (Delia) 1881, Mary 1883 & John 1884... James then died 22 Oct. 1889... Mary Hession married Michael Molloy (of Fountainhill) and lived in the Hession home (1911 census)... They had 3 daughters; Teresa 1909, Annie 1910 (my mother) and Mary 1911... Grandmother, Mary (Hession) Molloy died Sept 1911 during child birth having Mary... Their 3 daughters went to New York, with Bridget (Delia) Hession, one at a time, when they turned 18... Michael Molloy remarried and had 13 more children... The Molloy Family Home remains in Ballisnahina... (Originally Hession)... I'm now searching Hession/Mannion/Feeney roots - Ballinrobe/Ballisnahina/Shrule...
