The Achill Half Marathon and 10k will take place on Saturday 6th July 2019.

The event has been staged in Achill since 2007 and is approved by Athletics Ireland. It attracts runners from all over the world. It is open to adults over 18 years of age. The start and finish are located in Keel. The Half Marathon starts at 10.30 am and the 10K starts at 11.15 am

It runs along the fantastic Wild Atlantic Way on the stunning Achill Island passing near the most attractive points of interest of the island such as the Deserted Village, the Megalithic Tombs, the Mission Settlement, Golden Strand, Dugort Strand and Keel Lough.

Along the way, there will be several roadside water stations.
