The 2019 Mistletoe Market will take place from Saturday 30th November and to Sunday 1st December in the Military Quarter, off Pearse Street and beside the Market Square from 12 pm to 7 pm.

It is a European Style Market where the decorated stalls will showcase all their best local traditional crafts and artisan foods. It will be a feast for the senses!

There will be live music and Christmas cheer with local choirs and musicians.

The Jackie Clarke Collection prepares the biggest party to celebrate Santa”s arrival on Sunday 24th November from 3pm.

Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and their elves will wait for all children at Santas Grotto from Sunday 24th November right through December at Ballina's Military Barracks, in the heart of the town.

Santa and his sleigh will be at the Grotto on Saturdays before leave for the delivery of the presents:

• Sunday 24th November 5.30pm-7.30pm

• Saturday 30th & Sunday 1st December 3pm-5pm

• Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December 3pm - 5pm (In conjunction with Mistletoe Market)

• Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th December 3pm - 6pm

• Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd December 3pm-6pm

This Christmas, the Polar Express returns to Ballina train station and, on board, Santa, Mrs Claus and their Elves will meet and greet all the children giving them presents.

It will depart from Ballina Train Station at 11am sharp on Saturday November 30th, Saturday December 7th, Saturday 14th and Saturday 21st.
