The 2026 Killala Festival will take place from Thursday 13th August to Sunday 16th August, offering a vibrant mix of live entertainment, delicious food, and fun-filled family activities.

On Thursday the Line Dancing & Jiving Workshop will take place from 7pm to 8pm followed by some country music tunes.

On Friday the popular Gilvarry’s Bar Car Treasure Hunt returns offering a fun evening of hunting.

On Saturday there will be the well known Killala’s Food and Craft Market at Town Park from 11am to 5pm and the Dogs Show. The exciting day will end with the Tommy Fleming Concert in St Patrick’s Cathedral  at 8:30pm.

On Sunday the festival will close. The band Ruaile Buaile will perform live from Lavelle's Car Park starting at 8 pm and followed by the Spectacular Fire Works Display at KIllala Pier at around 10.30 pm.
