The 2023 Battle for the Lake Festival will take place from Friday, the 29th of September, to Sunday, the 1st of October, on the stunning Achill Island between Keel Lake and Keel Beach.

Every year, at the same windy time, passionate watersports from Ireland and abroad come together for this big event.

The festival is packed with watersport actions, including Kitesurfing, Stand-up Paddle, Windsurfing, Surfing and Winging.

There will also be the Wow Show, Give is a Go, Yoga experience, live music and food tents.

New this year is the “Enchanted Forest “, a night-time entertainment.
