The 2023 Westport Folk and Bluegrass Festival will run from Friday, 9th June, to Sunday, 11th June.

The festival is now widely regarded as the leading bluegrass event on the Island.

This year, the programme will be fully packed with concerts, pub gigs, sessions, workshops, gospel concerts, a square dance, and much more.

There will be performers from different states of the US, the UK, The Czech Republic, Spain and, of course, Ireland, including Fog Holler (USA), Bill and the Belles (USA), Niamh Dunne (Ireland), Melody Walker and Jacob Groopman (USA), Austin and Courtney Derryberry with Greg Reish (USA), Lluis Gomez Quartet (Europe), The Rustic Robots (Czech Republic), Demolition String Band (USA), The Pond (USA), Lunch Special (UK), Tim Rogers (Ireland), The Rockytop String Band (Ireland) and Julie Langan, Declan Askin, Freda Hatton with Brendan Butler (Ireland).

Many musicians and music fans worldwide will gather in Westport to enjoy this main event in Westport.
