The 2024 Westport Sea Angling Festival will take place in Westport from Wednesday, June 21st, to Sunday, June 23rd.

The festival is popular among anglers from all over Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

Since 1956, the Quay has hosted a one-day shore competition and a three-day boat competition.

Events include the Shore Competition and Boat Competition.

A variety of catches are guaranteed, including Dogfish, Bull Huss, Thornback Ray, Blonde Ray, Tope, Ling and Conger.
