The third Achill Island Film Festival will take place from Thursday, 9th May to Saturday, 11th May 2024, in Keel Community Hall.

The Festival will screen some of the latest and best international and Irish features, including films, documentaries, short films, and animation.

All attendees and filmmakers from abroad or locally will enjoy the event, sharing their experiences around the love of this art form and attending workshops. There will also be Q&A sessions and panel discussions.

Between screenings ( 50 films over three days), the Festival will allow all attendees to discover the local world-class beaches and the locations where the award-winning masterpiece "The Banshees Of Inisherin" was filmed.
