Clann Lir Festival will take place from Friday 27nd May to Sunday 29th May in Belmullet, Erris.

It is a family weekend to celebrate the local connection with the legend of the Children Of Lir. There will be events and activities throughout the Erris region. Live the legend through song, walks, vision, storytelling, dance, crafts, water adventure and much more.

A talk on ‘Swans of Mayo’ will take place on Sunday 29th May at Ballycroy National Park Visitor Centre at 4.00 pm as part of the festival. Visitors will discover their history and their future. This free event is suitable for all ages.
