The National Museum of Country Life is hosting some events for Halloween.

Hallowe'en Pumpkin Hunt

This event will take place from Saturday 23th October to Sunday 30th October in the garden and woodland of Turlough Park. The hunt self-guided outdoor trail is suitable for families.

Participants will have to pick up their map at the Museum Reception and go for the quest. Once they will find all the pumpkins and solve the riddle, they will collect some prizes to the Reception.

Odious Objects Museum Trail

This event will take place across three exhibition galleries in the Museum from Saturday 23rd October to Sunday 30th October.

Participants will have to discover odious objects following the sheet picked at the Museum Reception. Learning about many horrible things displayed in the Collections 10 objects will help to solve the riddle and gain prizes.

Hallowe'en Traditions and Masks Made Easy!

This family friendly event will take place on Friday 29th October and on Saturday 30th October at 12noon, 2pm and 3pm in the exhibition galleries. It consists of a free talk and aa art workshop.

Participants will hear about Samhain Tradition and then to turn face masks into a terrifying disguise to go with any Halloween costume.
