Joint Student Project, "Slí na nOg" Lacken Cross.

The sculpture celebrates the meeting point of four parishes in Lacken. Four standing stones mark the entrance through a circular mound of earth enclosing stone seating in a central chamber.

Location:

in the grounds of Lacken Cross School, 3 miles from Killala on the Ballycastle Road.


The North Mayo Sculpture Trail begins in Ballina and follows the coastal route through Killala, Ballycastle, Belderrig, Belmullet and down to Blacksod.
