Last remaining places for six week Water Therapy Classes for people with Arthritis and Fibromyalgia will start on Thursday 16th October in Ealu Health & leisure club, Broad Haven Hotel from 6.30-7.30pm.

Áras Inis Gluaire – Community Services There are a few places left in the 12pm to 2pm ‘Art in the Afternoon’ group, which will start at the end of October on Monday afternoons.

The Men’s Swim & Gym sessions will resume on Thursday 23rd October at 8pm & will run for 8 weeks. There are some places remaining but booking is essential so please contact Lorraine without delay if you wish to register.
