Macra na Feirme

Macra na Feirme celebrates its 70th Anniversary this year. To mark this, Mayo Macra are holding a Dinner Dance and Reunion for past & present members on Saturday September 13th in Hotel Ballina.

Music by The Trevor Moyles Band & Disco.

Tickets are €25 if bought by August 16th and are on sale now.

To prepare for this, they are looking for any old pictures of Macra dances or field days, newspaper clippings or any promotional material.

Youth 2000 Summer Festival:

Youth 2000 Summer Festival, Cistercian College, Roscrea, Co.Tipperary from Thursday 14th to Sunday 17th August 2014.

For young people aged 16-35, an opportunity not to be missed to experience the Catholic faith and meet many new people.

This festival has been nicknamed the “Holy Oxygen” with over 1000 young people from all corners of Ireland attending last year.

The festival is donation only.
