NOTICEBOARD

Harvest Thanksgiving Mass 11th and 12 October.

Farmers, gardeners and home-makers are asked to bring in their produce to Church on Friday 10th or Saturday morning the 11th.

Any donations of turf, timber, crops, grains, fruit, vegetables, eggs, jams, home baking etc. would be greatly appreciated, and can be left at Our Lady’s Altar for display at thanksgiving masses.

All produce will be distributed in our community by St. Vincent de Paul.

Guided Prayer/Lectio Devina:

Guided Prayer/Lectio Devina. A quiet space and opportunity to rest in the awareness of God’s presence, beginning Monday 29th September, from 8pm – 8.45pm, in Cúram.

Barnacarroll Sports Centre and Mary K Henry will be hosting Social Dancing Classes starting on Monday 22nd September 2014 from 8.30pm - 10.30pm.

Celtic Flames

Celtic Flames present a spectacular show of music, song, dance and story in the Royal Theatre, Castlebar on Friday 14th Nov. at 8pm.

Total proceeds will go to the Geraldine Lavelle Trust Fund. Geraldine, a native of Castlebar, suffered a spinal fracture as a result of a cycling accident which has left her paralysed from the chest down.

Like to Try Mini Rugby? Claremorris Colts are inviting all girls and boys to their Mini Rugby Open Training Sessions on Saturday mornings from 10.00 - 11.15 a.m. at the Convent Pitch. Gum shields are compulsory for these sessions.

Mayo Branch of Arthritis Ireland TG4-ImBarr Do Shláinte filmed the Ballina walking group and members of the Mayo Branch of Arthritis Ireland, this will air this Wednesday 1st of October at 7.30pm. The focus of this program will be living with arthritis.
