Parish Pastoral Council

Parish Pastoral Council – following on from the Information Meeting held this week, Training for the Pastoral Council will take place this Tuesday 18th Nov & Tuesday 25th Nov @ 8.30pm in Ballindine School Hall.

Anyone who was nominated to the Pastoral Council, but could not attend the Information Meeting, are asked to try and attend the two Training sessions.

Afternoon Talk on ‘Finding Hope after Death’

An afternoon talk will take place on the theme 'Finding hope after death and loss' in St John's Rest and Care Centre, Knock on Sunday Nov 16th 3-4.30p.m.

Given by Monica Morley from Mid West Radio, it will include input on the grieving process and how best to journey through it, as well as time for discussion, reflection and prayer.

Numbers will be limited so booking in advance is required.

Walk Jog or run the Davitts Winter 5k Series. Sun Nov 30th, Dec 7th & 14th at 10am.

All 3 walk/runs start & finish in Irishtown Village.

Limited to 150 participants the Series costs only €15 for the 3 events incl coffee and mince pies on the final Sunday.
